Perimeter wall now complete at recycling centre
The perimeter wall at the plastic recycling centre is now complete.
Work is moving ahead quickly at the plastic recycling centre, the perimeter wall is now nearly complete and work has started on construction of 2 toilets and a small store.
Once complete the centre will recycle 3.5 tonnes of plastic waste each week, helping to clean up the area and combat climate change.
We are still seeking to raise £8,000 to cover the costs of getting this project up and running
