IcFEM is a growing indigenous Christian Mission founded in 1989 by a group of young Christians who saw the needs of their own people, living in rural Western Kenya. Today it focuses on community development through about 1600 village fellowships with almost 90,000 members. To support our growth, we are looking for someone to review the way we currently collect data from our community development activities and help design a new system for data collection and recording. Our aim in this is to be able to better monitor and manage outcomes from our work and hence prioritise work for the future.
