IcFEM is a growing indigenous Christian Mission founded in 1989 by a group of young Christians who saw the needs of their own people, living in rural Western Kenya. Today it focuses on community development through about 1600 village fellowships with almost 90,000 members. To support our growth, we are looking for someone with fundraising experience – particularly proposal writing and networking – to work on some appeals as well as training local staff
